Additional Comment
Inspections of Modifications
In South Australia modifications to a vehicle must be inspected and approved by Transport SA.

Driver's License Requirements
A driver who has an illness or disability which affects their ability to drive is required to provide Medical Records at the Motor Registration Division with a certificate from their Doctor stating that they are fit to drive.

An assessment is arranged to establish that they have the physical ability to drive and what modifications are recommended. Further training may be necessary and a reassessment when the person can demonstrate their ability to handle the vehicle safely with the modifications.

The license is then issued with the appropriate restrictions regarding type of vehicle and modifications required. Insurance companies should also be notified to ensure continued indemnity.

Warranty
All conversions are covered by a 3 year/60,000km warranty. Standard vehicle warranties are not affected by the conversions.

Standards
For some types of equipment, specific Australian Standards are applicable to the materials used in, and the manufacturing processes applied to products. Compliance with relevant Standards is indicated by written certification that a product has been tested and assessed as compliant with specified Australian Standards. Purchasers are advised to check with the supplier or manufacturer of an item as to its compliance with the relevant Australian Standard(s).

Place Of Manufacture
Vehicles are modified in New South Wales.
