Services Offered:
ILC ACT services are available to all ACT residents and to people living in or visiting from surrounding regions of NSW, interstate and overseas.

Information advisory line:
Our enquiry service is staffed by experienced health professionals who can be contacted by phone, email or fax. We aim to provide you with a range of product and or resource information that relates to your individual enquiry. This information is sourced from our database and can be sent to you by mail, fax or email; product information includes detailed product descriptions, suppliers and approximate cost. Most information sheets also include a picture of the item.

Appointment Service:
Our appointment service operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Depending on your needs (or those you are seeking advice on behalf of) the appointment will be booked with either an Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse. Dual appointments are also available. Appointments need to be booked in advance and can be arranged by contacting us directly. Group tours welcome by appointment.

Drop-In service:
To meet the needs of as many people as possible we also offer a drop-in service. This enables you to visit the Centre without a prior appointment between the hours of 12pm-2pm, Monday to Friday. During this time you can browse the equipment and information on display at the centre (except continence management equipment for which an appointment is necessary) between 12pm-2.00pm Monday to Friday. Limited health professional assistance is available during this time.

Second Hand Register:
The second hand register contains items of equipment offered for sale by members of the public. It may include personal care items, wheelchairs (manual and powered), scooters, chairs, walking aids, ramps, hoists, transport equipment and beds. Please contact our administration if you would like to enter an item for sale in the register. A small fee applies.

Reference Library:
A small reference library of books, magazines and videos is available for viewing at the centre.
