Short Description
MedicAlert is a non profit organisation that requires users to register. An annual fee for registration includes a personally engraved silver or gold bracelet or necklet that provides primary medical conditions/allergies or special needs and a 24 hour hotline number. The monitoring centre responds twenty four hours a day and receives emergency calls from all over the world.

Features
Personal information is stored on a strictly confidential computer data bank.
Information is only released to authorised medical and emergency workers.
A personal emergency card containing essential information is issued and should be carried by the user at all times.
A copy of your record is sent out annually as a reminder to keep your information up to date and for payment of the fee.
Information required
Name, address, telephone number.
Medical condition, allergies, medication.
Doctor's name and telephone number.
Next of kin's name and telephone number.
Any other information that should be known in an emergency.
Annual monitoring fee is included in the registration price.

Bracelet and necklet are available in following materials:
Stainless Steel
Gold filled.
Sterling silver.
Expand Band
The emblem is attached to a stretch wrist band is available in gold plated and stainless steel.
Sports Band
For users who may have a metal allergy.
The emblem is attached to fabric of black maroon or tartan design.
Organ Donation
Organ donation identification can be engraved on the emblem on request.
Annual monitoring fee is included in the registration price.
