Short Description
A range of jewellery which includes a watch band, pendant and bracelet. Each item has a brass capsule which contains the wearer's written medical details for reference in the case of an emergency. The pendant comes with a 550mm chain. The choice of finish includes gold plated, chrome plated and stainless steel. Available in adult and child sizes.

Features
Capsule can withstand water, pressure and heat.
A small coin can be used to unscrew the capsule lid.
Medical information is written on parchment style non soluble paper, which is folded in a concertina style and inserted into the capsule before replacing the lid.
Car sticker included, to alert emergency personnel.
Should be removed when entering salt water.
Available in gold, stainless steel or chrome. Also available in Sterling Silver or Titanium for those with allergies.
Replacement parts are available.

The certificate is multi lingual and contains space for the following information:
Surname and Christian names.
Date of birth.
Address and telephone number.
Telephone numbers of three people to be alerted, should the person be involved in an accident or taken to hospital suddenly.
Doctors contact details.
Religion and any specific wishes.
Blood group.
Medical case history, eg allergies.
Medical remarks, eg whether diabetic.
General Notes, eg passport number, whether the person wears contact lens.
