Short Description
Blue Phone is a telephone based emergency call system. It can be pre programmed to contact up to eight designated phone numbers in sequence, or be linked to a professional monitoring service, or both. The system features a big button speakerphone with large 'auto dial' picture buttons and an optional portable transmitter pendant. Other alarms can be linked to the system. Inbuilt reminders regularly prompt the user for action.

Transmitter
Direct dial one touch access to up to 8 preset numbers of family, friends and service. All can be personalised with photos. If activated BluePhone will continue calling these numbers until contact is made. Can call 000 Emergency.
The optional Blue Remote pendant enables the user to activate the Assist function even when the user can't reach the phone. Contact can be made up to 80 metres away from the phone. Calls can be answered and hung up via the pendant.

Allows the storage of additional numbers, volume adjustment and heraing aid assistance, one touch redial.

Method of use
A call is sent to the family or carer
If the assist button is activated.
If the pendant is activated.
If the (optional) intrusion alarm is activated.
If the (optional) smoke alarm is activated.
If not responded to, the unit will continue dialling in a loop until answered and responded to.
When received by the contact, a verbal message is given and requests the user to push two buttons on their phone. This allows the contact to speak and hear through their phone to the hands free speaker where the call has come from.
Models
Domestic model with one radio pendant. This model is restricted to voice to voice alarms only (ie family, friends, carers). It can be upgraded to professional (computer based) monitoring at a later stage if required.
Professional model with one radio pendant. Allows both voice to voice monitoring and also monitoring by professional monitoring services.

The BluePhone can be easily connected to other compatible home safety devices such as smoke detectors and intruder sensors, sending out an assist call if it detects any problems.
