Factors to Consider
Suitable for users with a visual impairment who require tactile markings on personal, household and work items to enable identification of positions or settings.
A user with restricted sensation in their hands may find the small size of the raised dot difficult to identify.
Short Description
Small clear plastic circles that are self adhesive and have a raised dot in the centre to mark various positions on everyday items. These could include a keyboard, telephone key pad, oven, heater, iron etc. Diameter of raised dot is 2mm. Size of Locator Dot enables it to be stuck on small areas. Clear plastic material enables print to be seen under the dot if required. Each pack contains six Locator Dots.
