Short Description
A range of playground equipment that can be constructed in a variety of configurations, that allows access for children with disabilities. The equipment is constructed from aluminium, stainless steel, alloy and moulded plastic. The equipment is designed for outdoor use by children in the age ranges 0 - 12 years.

The equipment is available either at ground level or above ground level with ramps, to enable physical access to the play equipment. Ramps are wide, allowing free movement of children with walking aids, wheelchair users and attendants or parents with toddlers / prams. The activity panels are interactive with moving parts, mirrors and themed pictures. The play equipment configurations can be customised to suit individual need.
The galvanized steel frame components are zinc primed with a powder coated exterior, available in a range of colours. Activity platforms have a slip resistant finish.
Components that are designed particularly for children with disabilities, include:
Mazes: a variety of panels can be incorporated which create imagination games and stimulate the senses. The mazes are located at ground level.
Activity Centre: Purpose built shapes allow child with a visual impairment to explore their surroundings.
Wide Access ramp systems enable parents / attendants with prams and toddlers to take part in the activities. Ramps are not always required.
These are then incorporated with other play items, such as slides, etc.
Other components that comprise the playgrounds (not particularly designed for children with disabilities) include themed designs,adolescent playgrounds and a bike accessible playgrounds.
Options
Indoor playground components are available.
A wheelchair accessible picnic bench is available.
Shock absorbing surfaces are available and a free standing safety edge can be installed.
