Short Description
A swing which is designed to allow wheelchair access for a child. It comprises a strong tubular steel frame supporting a moulded plastic cradle. A wheelchair can be backed into the cradle via a removable ramp and secured by the attendant inserting a locking device through the wheels. Designed for indoor or outdoor use.

The swing motion is obtained by the user pulling on the tubular supporting struts or by the attendant pushing the cradle.
The swing can be used with or without a wheelchair. In both cases the user is held securely in a seat belt located in a lockable compartment in the rear of the folding seat. A drop down ramp allows access for all wheelchair types.
To reduce the risk of injury in public places, the unit is to be surrounded by a secure fence with a lockable MLAK (Master Locksmith Access Key) key. The appropriate ground areas are to be covered with soft fall material. To prevent misuse, the swing is immobilised when not in use by the use of a MLAK key.
