The reports are kept at the Cerebral Palsy Association and cover accessibility for people with disabilities to all buildings and facilities, as well as the need to bring own equipment, e.g. shower chairs, ramps, etc.
Some of the venues are suitable for families or small groups, while others cater for large groups, e.g. school camps.

TAUNTUN FARM AND CARAVAN PARK
A caravan park with shower and toilet facilities for wheelchair users and / or people with disabilities.
Cabin accommodation is also available. These have one large room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom facilities.
Facilities include
- Grab rails.
- Hand held showers.
- Green plastic chairs.
- Ramp access throughout the park.
- Gravel paths.
- Camping on grass.
- Electricity to all camp sites.
Casa Sant Angelo is a home which offers day, overnight, weekend and holiday care. The facility is fully accessible with assistive equipment such as hoists available. There is a registered nurse and trained carers available to oversee the care of those with a disability. Casa Sant Angelo is open to any age group or disability.
There are two double bedrooms to allow partners to holiday together without having the responsibility of accompanying their partner as a carer.
There is also one twin share and one single room. There are large living areas, gardens and a protected outdoor area.
The trained staff assist with personal care and daily activities. Menus vary daily and special needs can be catered for. Activities offered include aromatherapy, massage,craft and tai chi. Day trips can be arranged weather permitting.
TUPPIN HOUSE
The hut style accommodation is built overlooking Moore River and provides accessible group accommodation in Guilderton. It is administered by Catholic Agricultural College Bindoon
Accommodation/Services
-Group accommodation for up to 70 people, with separate sections for males and females.
-Bathroom facilities include three wheelchair accessible showers.
-Wheelchair accessible bedrooms are dormitory style with two persons per room.
-Separate rooms for carers.
-Kitchen facilities for food preparation
-Communal dining room
-Outdoor entertaining area with barbecue.
-Games room with table tennis, pool table and dart boards.
-Outdoor recreation area for volleyball, basketball (Balls not provided)
-Common room with television.
-No telephones. Public telephones are two minutes walk away.
-Guests are expected to clean up after themselves, a roster can be provided.
Peppermint Park Holiday Resort offers a programme which is designed specifically for people with disabilities to holiday on their own, without parents, staff or care workers and experience an independent holiday with required supervision within an integrated setting.
Some assistance with personal care can be provided to persons with intellectual or physial disabiities if requied. Provision has not been made for clients who require a hoist lift.
Windmill Holiday Cottages at Glenallen, one of which has been designed to provide access for a person using a wheelchair, are located near Dunsborough, three hours drive south of Perth. The self contained cottages sleep 4 - 6 people and all have linen, TV, DVD and CD player, barbecue and pot belly stove.
They are located close to national parks, beaches and shopping facilities.
Egoline Homestead provides bed and breakfast style accommodation. The owners have modified both the main homestead and the self contained cottage to be wheelchair accessible.
Kirup is a farmstay self contained two bedroomed cabin approximately 225km south of Perth, WA. Accessible for wheelchair users with or without a carer. There are no steps up to cabins.
Features:
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed.
Bedroom 2 - Single bed x 2.
Living room - Divan bed.
Bathroom - Roomy. Toilet allows for side transfers, located in corner.
Shower has a two sided curtain. Floor gently slopes to the outflow. There is no hob into the shower recess.
Peacehaven Bed and breakfast style accommodation with facilities for people with disabilities, which is situated approximately 22 kilometres from Mount Barker in Western Australia.
There are two double rooms and one twin room with ensuite. One double room with ensuite bathroom suitable for those with disabilities and / or in a wheelchair.
Facilities include
- Hand held shower.
- Grab rails.
- Shower chair.
- Light switch fittings at approximately one metre high.
A picnic area on the property is wheelchair accessible, as are some of the pathways.
