To thread the needle, place the cotton through the loop of the floss threader and guide the plastic end of the floss threader down the needle until it passes through the eye of the needle. Pull the threader and cotton through the needle. It is easier to thread a large eye top stitch needle.
The floss threader can assist those with vision impairment or reduced dexterity to thread the needle. The floss threaders are available in packets of 20.
