Short Description
A plastic, air filled, disc shaped cushion with raised plastic bubbles on top to be sat, stood or knelt on while exercising.

The disc has a flat undersurface that is placed on the floor or chair. The top surface is covered in raised bubbles that cushions the person and massages their bottom, knees or feet while performing exercise in the sitting, standing or kneeling position.
The disc has a valve on the side that can be removed so that it can be filled with air in order to provide cushioning when it is being sat, stood or knelt on while exercising. When it is filled with air, the valve is replaced.
