Short Description
A battery powered unit designed to carry heavy loads up and down stairs. It climbs the stairs on two sets of wheels, with the object counterbalanced, resting on the platform. It will travel up and down straight or curved stairs with loads up to 280kg.

The stairclimber consists of a motor and two sets of wheels at the base with the cargo platform, and adjustable height handles for the user. The second set of wheels act as a stand so the cart can be safely left in an inclined position on flat ground or on stairs.
The climbing action is by two wheels going up one stair, followed by the other pair with the cart and load. The wheels have automatic brakes, so they will not roll.
The operating switch is on the handle.
A training programme is necessary to operate the equipment safely.
Battery charging is achieved by connecting the charger provided into a mains power point and plugging it into the marked charging terminal on the unit. An optional 12 volt charger is available to plug into the cigarette lighter socket of the car.
An horizontal platform is available for sensitive objects to be transported the right side up, not at an angle.
Models / Styles
CARGOMASTER A 130 will transport up to 130kgs and travels at 13 steps per minute.
CARGOMASTER A 131 will transport up to 130kgs and travels at 17 steps per minute.
CARGOMASTER A 281 will transport up to 280kgs and travels at
7 steps per minute. It has an adjustable height load platform and reinforced frame.
