Short Description
A voice output device with a large colourful switch which plays back up to 20 seconds of recorded speech. External switches can be added. The device also has a toy / appliance jack which enables the user to communicate a message and control a battery or electrically operated toy or appliance. (allows voice output to be paired with a message)

- Human voice is recorded on to the device in a similar manner to a tape recorder.
METHOD OF USE: - Direct access via pointing or a pointing device.
- Can also accessed via a single external switch.
FEATURES: - It can be connected to a switch adapted toy or appliance and power these as well as producing the voice-output message. Will power the toy or appliance for as long as the message is played.
KEYBOARD: - Single mechanical switch.
DISPLAY: - Customisable.
- Messages can be represented on the surface of the device by a system to suit the user such as pictures, photos, commercially available symbols, words or phrases.
MEMORY: - The single message recorded can be up to 20 seconds in length.
POWER: - 9 volt battery
COLOURS: - Available in red, green, blue, yellow, beige. All on a cream base.
Method Of Use
To record a message:
(instructions are located on the base of the device)
1. Turn the device on
2. Press and hold the top surface and the "record" button while the message is being recorded.
3. Release the buttons.
Options
- Switch caps are available to protect symbols.
- Doughnut shaped switch caps with an adhesive disc are available to allow attachment of real objects.
