Short Description
A transfer device consisting of two fabric pads which are placed on top of the car seat. The pads are designed to slip on each other to enable the user to shift their body weight to swivel or slide more easily when transferring to and from a car seat.

The car seat slide pads are rectangular with rounded corners. They are stitched fabric on the upper surface, slippery nylon surfaces in contact with each other and plastic surface for contact with the car seat. The pads are attached to each other with a tape at the rear. On the upper pad there are loops for hand grips. These hand grips enable a carer to assist with using the slide pads to swivel the person on the car seat when entering or alighting from the car.
A webbing belt is attached to the slide pads. The belt is positioned around the car seat backrest and fastened together to hold the slide pads in place when travelling.
