More Details
The hoist is constructed from epoxy coated steel. It consists of a mounting console bracket which is fixed between the dashboard, floor and door of the car. This is the only fixed component of the hoist and does not obstruct the footwell area for passengers. Reinforcements and strengthening may be required depending on the vehicle.

The lifting arm of the hoist consists of three separate tubular steel components - spreader bar, extension bar and hydraulic boom - which can be easily removed when the hoist is not in use. The lift arm of the car lift is adjustable to different car models.

The lifting movement (up and down) is controlled electrically via a 12V motor, which is provided with power from the electric system of the car.

The sideways movement (into and out of the car) and pivoting movements are controlled manually either directed by the assistant or facilitated by the hoist user themselves. The hoist has three pivot points enabling good manoeuvrability.

The hoist needs to be installed by a licensed vehicle fitter.

Features
SLINGS have three point suspension, and are available in a range of styles and sizes.

CONTROLS are hand held with up and down control buttons. The control attaches firmly to the hoist with a magnet.

POWER SOURCE is directly from the car battery which feeds the 12V motor. A connecting plug socket is hardwired to the car battery and the lifter plugs into it for use.

DISMANTLING / FOLDING: when not in use the lifter can be easily unplugged and removed in three pieces, then stored in the vehicle boot area.
