Short Description
A plastic (polyethylene) swivel disc with a rubber, slip resistant top and base, designed to allow a user to pivot around with the assistance of an attendant. Lightweight and portable. Only one model available.

Constructed of two lightweight plastic (polyethylene) discs which have recessed nylon wires. Slip resistant top and base. It is designed to enable a person, with the assistance of an attendant, to pivot in a circle (assisting in the transfer from one surface to another). Designed for the individual who can weight bear in standing. The attendant may use a transfer strap or belt in conjunction with the swivel disc.
