Short Description
A large swivel disc and transfer slide board combination. The disc slides on the board. Designed for transferring persons in a seated position. Available in three colours. Available in two models.

The unit consists of a circular top disc and an oval shaped bottom slide board on which the top disc is able to rotate and slide. The top disc is unlocked by the weight of the user.
The bottom board is flexible, folding in various positions along the length of the board. Available in blue, light grey and mint green. The slip resistant covering of the top disc can be wiped clean.
