Made from foam of rating 38 - 180. Available in two sizes. Designed to improve comfort and to assist in pressure management, when a person is leaning against the backrest of a wheelchair. May be required when:
* Using a wheelchair backrest extension as the join creates a potential pressure area.
* The client is reclined against the backrest of the wheelchair.
Cover would need to be purchased separately.
