Lifestand

Short Description
A rigid, steel framed, rear wheel drive wheelchair with a stand up facility. There are three models: two manual and one powered. It is available in three adult and two children's frame sizes and can be customised through frame adjustment and the selection of options and accessories.

The stand up facility is manually operated with gas assist on the manual chair, and electrically operated in the powered version.

Caution
1) The manufactures recommend that the use if this chair is contraindicated for people with:
- orthostatic or cardiac problems
- brittle bones
- serious orthopaedic disorders
- hip and knee flexure of more that 20 degrees

2) In the powered version the electromagnetic brakes are only effective on slopes of less than 10 degrees.

3) Never travel on sloping ground when the chair is in the standing position.

Warranty
From the date of delivery the chair is guaranteed for two years against all manufacturing faults, except for the pneumatic units and upholstery.
It is guaranteed for one year against all manufacturing faults for electrical parts: added standing aid kit, added E.FIX motorisation kit, with the exception of the charger(s) and control wire(s).
