Short Description
A rigid, steel framed wheelchair with an adjustable tilt in space seat with fixed seat to back angle. It is available in a transit model in two sizes. The standard model comes with slung upholstery. The chair can be used for fitting specialised seating systems and has a full range of accessories available.

The chair has a stainless steel frame with extended wheel base and features push handles and tipping levers. The seat to back angle is fixed at 98 degrees. The wheelchair features tilt in space that is operated by a hand operated lever positioned beneath the push handle. The standard chair features slung vinyl upholstery. The chair does not fold for transport but can be reduced to a more compact shape by removing the footrests and armrests.
Features
REAR WHEELS - 300mm(12") wheel size with pneumatic tyres.
FRONT CASTORS - 180mm(7") pneumatic or microcellular.
FOOTRESTS - are stainless steel, removable, height adjustable (spanner required) and swing away. Footplates are aluminium with heel loops.
ARMRESTS - are removable with a press button lockable release mechanism. They are full length and are made from aluminium with moulded arm pads. Desk arms are optional.
BRAKES - are push on, lever style with a knob grip
TILT MECHANISM - Releasing the lever and pushing down on the push handles tilts the chair whilst maintaining the seat to back angle.The action is activated by a gas ram which can be locked into any position.
