More Details
The blocks are of wooden construction and consist of a base and four sides with a hollow centre. A block of the required height is inserted into the hollow and secured.

Width..........90mm(3.5")
Height.........can be ordered to any height.
Usually the chair cannot be raised higher than about 4" using these blocks because of the risk of making the chair too unstable. The sides of the chair raising blocks are extended beyond the height of the inner block to prevent the leg of the chair from slipping off.
Additional Information
The blocks are useful for people who have difficulty sitting down and getting up from low seats e.g. arthritis, people with muscle weakness.
