Short Description
Two bolster pillows joined by a single piece of material and used as a trunk support when a child is supine, sitting or prone.

The cushions can also be used for side lying and smaller versions of these pillows can be used for head and neck support. Cotton, polyester or part polyester towelling lengths can be used for construction and filled with dacron. The dacron occasionally needs to be replenished as contents settle with use.
Method Of Use
The flap is placed under the child . the trunk is well supported by bolsters front and back. When used as a trunk support, the child's shoulder joint should be free above the end of the bolster.

The are no specific dimensions and the pillows can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes depending individual requirements.
