The handle is moulded and lightweight. It is made of closed cell ridged foam, and is grey in colour.
The knife belongs to a range of utensils, including teaspoons, dessert spoons, forks and knives. It is available for separate purchase.
The handles can be removed by unscrewing, for easy cleaning.
