Short Description
A stainless steel knife with a rectangular built up plastic handle set at right angles to the curved, serrated blade.

This knife has a built up grip, rounded at the back and flat at the front, and is operated using a forwards / backwards rocking action.
The rocker knife may be used one handed, as a rocking action in cutting food is less likely than a sawing action to move the food around the plate.
To stabilise the plate while cutting food, a piece of slip resistant material under plate will assist.
The knife is dishwasher safe.
