Short Description
A water based pure acrylic emulsion paint for water resistance. Suitable to be painted on Aeroflex (Bradflex or Handytube) insulation tubing, or to provide protection from water, ultraviolet rays or other adverse weather conditions.

Aerocoat is used mainly to protect air conditioning insulation but also suitable as a protective coating for built up cutlery handles from food contamination and washing.
Characteristics
Semi gloss: elongation properties of more than 400% allows flexibility of the surface paint area and will not crack or peel. Suitable for indoors and outdoors.
Application
Dilute Aerocoat with clean water 5-10% by volume. Stir thoroughly. Apply using brush or roller. Two to three coats with a two to three hour drying time between coats. No primer required, although old paint and grease or oil must be cleaned off first. Non flammable and non toxic. Avoid mixing more than required. Do no store mixed with water for more than five days.
Touch dry in 20 to 30 minutes (25 degrees Celcius).
Colours
4 shades are available:
White (Aerocoat 510);
Blue (Aerocoat 600);
Green (Aerocoat 400);
Black (Aerocoat 900).
Colours can be mixed together for different shades or can be mixed with other acrylic colours to get other shades.
Do not mix Aerocoat with another master by more than 10% volume.
Coverage
1 x US gallon can covers approximately 36 square metres per coat.
