Soxon Sock Aid

Short Description
A wire and towelling aid with two long tapes for handles, designed to assist with putting socks and stocking on.

More Details
The cream coloured towelling material covers the wire frame. The plastic insert adds reinforcement to the aid. Two fabric pull handles extend from corners of the aid.

Method Of Use
Putting on socks:

1. The sock is opened and gathered towards the toe.
2. The aid is inserted into the sock until the end reaches the toe.
3. The sock is pulled over the base of the aid (which holds it open) until the sock is over the bend in the aid.
4. The aid is lowered to the floor using the handles, and the foot is inserted into the sock pushing fully in to the toe.
5. By pulling on the handles, the sock is pulled onto the foot, and the aid is removed from the sock.

Caution
Although the ends of the wire frame are covered, they may ladder shear stockings.
