REQUIREMENTS
Front fastening bra.
Firm tape approx. 12" long, 4" hook and loop (3/4" wide).
D ring.

METHOD
Using a sewing machine, sew a 2" strip of the rough section of hook and loop at one end of tape. Sew a 4" strip of smooth hook and loop approx 8" along from the rough section. Stitch the tape to the side of the bra aligned to the functioning hand (4" from the bra opening). Attach a rectangle ring with tape to the opposite side.

Large hooks and eyes are easier to secure along the front opening.

Slip the bra strap over the affected arm first, then the unaffected arm, like putting on a cardigan. Position the bra, then slip tape through the ring and draw back towards the unaffected side and press hook and loop together. Fasten together.

When washing the garment with hook and loop fastening, ensure that the fastening is always closed.
