An easily operated, lightweight stainless steel rod frame, designed to hang from 2 cup hooks which must be secured to the top of the door frame. The shoulder openings of the coat / cardigan hook over rubber tips at the base of the frame with the armholes visible.
The wearer then walks backwards to raise the coat / cardigan onto the shoulders.
