Short Description
A portable, manually operated, mechanical within bath hoist. Designed to support the user in a reclined position within the bath and enable an attendant to raise and lower the occupant in / out of the bath. Suitable for use with children in a domestic setting. One size and model available, can be customised.

More Details
The bath lift is placed over the bath, supported by four plastic coated handles which contact the bath edge. It is designed for standard baths but can be customised to fit non-standard baths.

Features
Materials: Steel frame and lifting arm. Nylon cord attaches the lifting arm to the seat base.

Finish: The frame is finished in a black plastic coating. The top and bottom of the frame which contacts the seat base are padded in firm cylindrical synthetic material.

Seat: is a polyester, slung mesh seat which is removable for washing and attaches with Velcro to the frame.

Portability: The bath lift is lightweight and a plastic twist lock on the frame enables the frame to be locked in a flat position for transport / storage.


Method Of Operation
Method of operation:
1. The bath is filled to desired level and temperature.
2. The raised bath lift is positioned level with the top of the bath. Each of
the four legs should be positioned at least two inches over the top
edge of the bath.
3. The child is transferred onto the bath lift and the support straps
secured.
4. The lifting bar is lifted from it's position at the top of the bath to the end
of the bath. This will lower the sling seat and child into a reclined
position.
5. The reverse process will return the child to the raised position.

Warranty
One year warranty on frame. 90 day warranty on other components such as upholstery, plastic, painted surfaces and bearings.
