SHORT DESCRIPTION
An Australian made range of white powder coated stainless steel support rails. Rail mechanisms are comprised of base plates that are fixed to the wall, and lift up double rails. Models in the range include swing away and nurse call bell versions. Options are available which may be fixed to the floor or the wall. All eight models are available in three lengths.

Method of Use (Standard Lift Up model)
1. To release from the stored position the double grab rail is lifted up, lowered and locked into a horizontal position.
2. To return the rail to the wall a press button mechanism located near the base plate releases the lock to allow the rail to be lifted and locked against the wall.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR USE
Useful in restricted areas where a horizontal rail is required for assistance to sit and to stand but needs to be pushed out of the way to exit from the toilet.
May be fixed to the floor for situations where there is no safe way of fixing it to a wall.
Some of these drop down rails can be locked in a horizontal position, which may be advantageous if the user is unsteady.
� A nurse call pendant or personal alarm call pendant may be hung on these rails using an optional hook.
� Some options allow the rail to lift up, and rotate to rest against the wall which may increase space when not in use.
