Factors to Consider
May assist users who have difficulty lifting a lid with a hand or pushing a pedal with a foot to open the bin.
Short Description
A battery operated rubbish bin that has inbuilt motion sensors that allow it to open automatically without any hand contact. To activate the lid opening users wave their hand over the sensors positioned at the front of the lid. The lid remains opens for a few seconds before closing again. There is the option of manually activating it by depressing a button on the top of the lid.
