Short Description
The Ergorest is an adjustable device which clamps onto a table edge and provides support to the user's forearm during a variety of fine motor tasks. lt consists of aluminium, plastic, and closed cell foam paddding. Options include an attached oval shaped mousepad which can swivelled, and a longer forearm rest and extension rod unit.

Method of Use
1. Place your arm on the rest so that the forearm is balanced in relation to the pad.
2. The recommended working position is determined by the relationships between furniture heights, utilising footrest where necessary ie. Using correct seating principles for table top work.
Ergorest with mouse pad
There is an option of an Ergorest with an attached, oval shaped mouse pad.
With proper positioning, this can take tension off the shoulders and back while using the mouse. The mouse pad can be swivelled into a number of positions.
A range of sizes is available with relation to forearm pad, mouse pad and Ergorest arm.
Ergorest with extension
Optional longer forearm rest (200mm).
The extension rod is made from tubular steel and comes in 3 sections (maximum height from desktop is 34cms).
