Allows a keypad to be positioned to the left of the keyboard or an alternative position if required eg. to be used with left hand, or to be positioned closer to the body.


Short Description
The Cherry Numeric keypad has 21 keys including 4 programmable function keys for use with PC computers. The keypad is lightweight and compact and can be positioned to meet user needs or preferences. The numeric keypad plugs into the computer port and the standard keyboard then plugs into the AT keyboard socket built into the numeric keypad. Two models are available which operate identically but differ in size. No special software is required.

Features
Individual keys can be programmed with any desired character or sequence of characters (up to 24 character sequences).
Offers 4 modes of operation:
Standard mode where the number lock button changes the pad's status just as it would on a standard keyboard.
Mode 2 allows two layers. Layer 1 is the standard numeric numbers as labelled. Layer 2 is the navigation keys as labelled ie. Home, Page up, End, Page down.
Mode 3 allows use with French TT drivers.
Mode 4 allows programming of any key to perform a desired character or sequence of characters.
