SHORT DESCRIPTION
A H harness designed to provide additional restraint and stability for a child passenger in a car. Consists of two webbing straps that go over the shoulders and attach onto a standard lap belt. The harness must be fixed to the parcel ledge of a rear seat and can be used with a booster seat. Suitable for users between 14kg and 32kg whose shoulders are below the top of the car seat or headrest.

Features
If used in conjunction with a booster seat that incorporates a backrest, the user"s eye level must be below the top of the booster seat backrest when the user is seated.
If used in conjunction with a booster seat that does not incorporate a backrest, the user"s eye level must be below the car seat back or headrest when the child is seated on the booster seat.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR USE
It may be helpful to refer to Australian Standards AS/NZS 4370: 1996 Restraint of children with disabilities in motor vehicles to assist in deciding the safest way to transport a child with a disability.
This item is designed to provide additional support for the user while sitting in a vehicle. It is required to be used in conjunction with the existing vehicle seatbelt. If this item impedes the vehicle seatbelt in any way, a letter from a doctor may be required to outline the need for this modification to the car seat restraint.
