SHORT DESCRIPTION
This standing frame features multiple adjustments on all components to grow with the child. Comprised of a wooden frame, padded vinyl supports and quick release straps with buckles. Frame incorporates a tilt adjustment with a positive locking mechanism and a solid back support to hold child in position. Mobile frame folds flat for storage. Three sizes are available.

FEATURES
Features
Tilt
All prone standing frames can be tilted 45 degrees from vertical.

Supports
Padded vinyl knee support, back support and top of chest pad.
Extra padding can be added if required.
T shaped padded back support is held in position by a single strap with quick release buckle and metal pin at its base. Back support allows some movement and is not firm fitting. Can incorporate shoulder or head support.
Abduction block is vertically adjustable.
Lateral knee supports are width and height adjustable.
Lateral hip supports are width and height adjustable.
Breast plate is adjustable in height with optional larger sizes
Upper body side restraints are width and height adjustable.

Footrest
Footrest can be adjusted forward and backward.
An optional booster footrest can be used to raise the height of the footrest on each size.

Castors
Four lockable twin castors on base of frame.

Tray
A wooden tray is attached to the standing frame and is height and angle adjustable, independent of the frame.
Grab rails are available that attach to the tray and extend horizontally across tray. Grab rails are depth adjustable and are available in two different heights.
Can incorporate a lip to contain items on tray.

Sizes
Infant size (SF1) is suitable for infants to three years of age.
Preschool size (SF2) is suitable for children aged four to eight years. Frame can be reinforced for heavy children.
Primary School size (SF3) is suitable for children aged eight to ten years (and with optional breast plate extension, to twelve years of age). This is able to fold for storage and transport by removing the pins on its side. The base is A shaped to allow a wheelchair to approach the standing frame during transfers. The base then expands to provide better stability.

Additional Dimensions of SF1
Heel to top of breast plate adjusts from 600mm to 680mm.
Axilla width adjusts from 185 to 230mm.
Knee height adjusts from 200mm and up.

Additional Dimensions of SF2
Heel to top of breast plate adjusts from 715mm to 870mm.
Axilla width adjusts from 180 to 280mm.
Hip width adjusts from 380mm to 530mm.
Knee height adjusts from 230mm to 320mm.

Additional Dimensions of SF3
Heel to top of breast plate adjusts from 940mm to 1000mm (and 970mm to 1170mm with extended breast plate).
Axilla width adjusts from 180 to 280mm.
Hip width adjusts from 200mm to 320mm.
Knee height adjusts from 350mm to 420mm.

Note that these dimensions can be added to using the optional extended breast plate, or reduced using the optional booster base.

Grab rails are available that attach to the tray and extend horizontally across tray. Grab rails are depth adjustable and are available in two different heights.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR USE
A standing frame should be used on a firm, flat and level surface.
The standing frame should be placed against a wall and the castors locked before lifting the child into the frame
The base is adjustable to expand in width on the primary school size (SF3) for increased stability, storage, and to allow a hoist to approach the standing frame.
An optional booster base can be used to fit smaller children to each size of these standing frames. This can allow for extra growth.
The SF3 has an optional extension breast plate to allow for extra growth.
