Factors to Consider
Wedge shape base may suit wheelchairs with slung seats.
Available in one size only but can be cut with an electric knife.

Short Description
A viscoelastic foam cushion comprising of two layers of slow recovery memory foam (the cushion is slow to return to its original form once compressed.The top pink layer has a contoured surface. The bottom grey layer has an optional wedge shape. A range of covers are available.

Machine washable up to 95 degrees.

SAF Wedge Foam Cushion
This cushion has a 35mm, pink foam section which has a convoluted top.
The base is grey foam, which is higher density foam and has an upside down V shape.
This foam is designed to even out slung seats and provide a flat seat
SAF Laminated Foam Cushion
This cushion has dual density foam, with a convoluted profile on either side.
The pink foam has a faster memory than the grey foam on its underside.
This can be reversed to either side depending on which density gives better support/pressure relief.
SAF Foam Cushion
One density of pink foam with one convoluted surface and a flat underside.
May be steam sterilised.
All cushions can be cut to size using an electric knife.
Four types of cushion are available.
Comfort Cover
Waterproof cover which can breathe and has two way stretch.
Anti microbic.
Incontinent Cover
Waterproof but cannot breathe and has two way stretch.
Anti microbic.
Cotton Cover
Breathable.
Lycra Cover
Inbuilt stretch.
