SHORT DESCRIPTION
This pick up stick is made of plastic and aluminium. It features a pistol style of grip at the handle and the gripping jaws are able to be rotated to allow for a change of position. Four lengths are available and a clip on forearm support is optional. A clip on the pick up stick enables it to be placed on a wheelchair or walking frame. The gripping jaws are activated by wire that runs through the pick up stick and they have a slip resistant lining. A small chrome lever can lock the jaws shut to hold the item securely.

Features
The clip is designed to fit onto tubing between 22 and 25mm in diameter.
A locking mechanism is optional which enables the gripping jaws to be locked in a closed position when picking something up.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR USE
The lever that locks the jaws shut will assist a user who finds it hard to maintain the grip required to squeeze the trigger towards the handle to close the jaws.
The ability to rotate the jaws gives the user an extra optional angle to reach into a small area.
