Short Description
Tactile ground surface indicator ceramic tiles that can be used in domestic and commercial situations. Tiles must be inset into existing ground surface.

There are two types of tiles that are used together to indicate the direction of travel and/or a change in direction, or a potential hazard. The tiles are made of vitrified porcelain, and manufactured to AS1428.4.
They are available in four colours; ivory yellow, steel grey and cobalt blue. The tactile surface can be felt underfoot as well as by cane users.
The tiles are slip-resistant in both wet and dry conditions.
Models / Styles
Directional Tactiles
These tiles indicate the direction of travel. The raised strips are felt underfoot indicating direction.
Hazard Tactiles
These tiles have a raised dot profile and indicate a change in direction or potential hazard.
Installation
These tiles must be installed professionally, and used only as tactile ground surface indicators. When installed on existing flooring, a set-down must be created to ensure that the tile base is flush with surrounding ground surfaces.

200mm by 200mm
300mm by 300mm
Base thickness: 9mm
