Short Description
A wheelbarrow with an automatic safety brake. The braking system is adjustable to suit different tyre sizes. It can be enabled or disabled within a few seconds if required.

The brakes are activated by the load on the wheelbarrow and the slope of the surface. They only apply when required such as on downward sloping surfaces. The brake cause the barrow to be slowed to the walking pace of the operator and is kept under much greater control. Automatic release is activated when pushed along a flat or an upward sloping surface.
Models / Styles
A range of models exist which vary in the materials used for various parts of the wheelbarrow. The tray can be of fabricated steel, pressed steel or poly plastic. The steel trays can be in a heavy duty or light gauge. The legs can be steel tube or solid steel flat section. The wheels can be wide or narrow, steel or plastic, inflatable or puncture proof urethane.
