Short Description
A large round mechanical switch that is operated by pressing anywhere on the top surface (activation plate). It features a black flange base, is made of durable ABS plastic and the activation plate is available in a variety of colours. The flange base has three holes for mounting. A range of accessories is available. A cordless model is also available.

This switch is suitable for use with a range of movements. It is operated by pressing anywhere on the surface of the activation plate.

It can be used to operate a range of equipment that is designed for switch control including communication devices, computer software and environmental control equipment.
Models / Styles
Big Red Switch: available in red, blue, green or yellow.
Cordless Big Switch (adapted by supplier): Enables remote switch control of a device. Consists of a radio transmitter built into the Big Red Switch and a receiver box which is plugged into a switch adapted toy, appliance or device. Includes momentary (instant) and latched (on/off) operations. The receiver box needs to be plugged into a powerpoint. Range is up to 20m away from the receiver and different channels can be set so that two switches can be used in the one area.
Radio Linked Flexi Big Red (adapted by supplier)
Consists of a radio transmitter built into the Big Red Switch and a receiver box which is plugged into a switch adapted toy, appliance or device. Includes momentary (instant), latched (on/off) and timed (up to 60 seconds) operations. The receiver box can be battery or mains powered. Range is up to 20m away from the receiver and different channels can be set so that two switches can be used in the one area.

Switch Skins (Pack of 2 thin moulded plastic covers that can be used to protect the switch against saliva)
Switch Caps (clear rigid plastic caps that can be used to place symbol/label on switch firmly) are available.
