What does it cost?

Generally, if an additional piece of telephone equipment is required, it is charged at Telstra's standard Extra phone rental rate of $51.60 per annum.
The Service includes installation of the equipment at the client's residence.
It is Telstra's policy that old telephones are not replaced with new models unless the phone is broken and can not be repaired. The exception is for those who satisfy the criteria for the Disability Equipment Program and who require the new equipment to assist with their disability.
