Ramp gradient under 1 in 4 when car is parked Rear seating for 3 can be folded up and foward to allow more room for a scooter or bulky powerchair (reducing seating capacity to 2 at front).
Method of Use
Rear hatch is opened then ramp can be lowered. The wheelchair is then rolled or driven (if powered) up the ramp. The Kyne Dyne tie down system used incorporates straps that can be secured to the wheelchair prior to rolling up the ramp. These provide a one way tension, retracting as the wheelchair moves up the ramp, ensuring that the chair cannot accidentally roll back down. The wheelchair is then rolled forward and secured at the rear of the wheelchair frame using a ratchet mechanism that secures it to the floor.

The Mazda 121 with Flashe wheelchair conversion is available in 3 vehicle models: Manual Transmission, Automatic transmission 1.3litre, or 1.5ltre auto transmission.
