Short Description
The Savaria B.07 stairlift is a powered drive system designed for straight stairs, indoors or outdoors. It can suit residential or commercial premises.
More Details
The stairlift drive system is roller chain and sprocket. Power is either the AC drive with a 110 VAC motor, or 24 VDC battery powered. This stairlift system suits staircases ranging between 25 and 45 degrees. Maximum distance of travel is 9,754mm (32 feet). Unit is supplied with 2 remote controls.
Features
TRACKS are powder coated aluminium extruded rail which covers the drive components and cable. The stairlift system has obstruction sensors.
CONTROLS are constant pressure up and down buttons mounted on the armrest of choice. 2 remote controls are included with the stairlift unit.
SEAT swivels 45 and 90 degrees. A lever under the seat is used to swivel the seat at the top and bottom of the stairs. The seat has adjustable height, a seat belt and a safety brake. Seat folds up to provide stair access for walkers. ABS plastic carriage covers.

Installation
The Savaria stairlift can be easily installed without welding and it is a reversible system so it can be moved from left to right side of the stairs without difficulty.
For installation into class 2-9 buildings (that is commercial or public buildings) a permit is required. Contact your local council for details.
