Short Description
BrailleNote GPS is a satellite navigation add-on for owners of the BrailleNote family of products (including VoiceNote). It includes software and a mobile phone size receiver. You can enter the name of a place you want to go and then it uses satellites to work out how to get there from where you are.
Features
The GPS add on enables you to:
Calculate the distance and direction to a street address or intersection
Find out the relative location of hundreds of Points of Interest e.g. a monument
Automatically creates routes for either walking or for travelling in a vehicle
Provide you with detailed information about your speed, the direction you are travelling in and your altitude.
