A polyamide plastic handle with a stainless blade, and is dishwasherproof. Holding handle with a power grip and pulling along the piece of food requiring slicing.
Easy to hold with comfortable energy-saving grip, provides better joint protection of the wrist and thumb. Less strength is necessary than with an ordinary slicer.
