These disposable pants have an absorbent panel from the front of the pant through to the back of the pant. The inner layer is a soft lining, the middle layer is super absorbent and the outer layer is waterproof.
The pants consist of two wings that are fixed around the waist by means of hook and loop tapes. The front of the pants is attached to the wings by resealable tapes.
