Short Description
The Stay at Home program is a government funded program through HACC that aims to provide the elderly and people with disabilities with assistance in the coordination of home modifications as well as standard home maintenance.
Services Provided
This program offers assistance from a health professional or licensed contractor to coordinate home modifications such as ramps, grab rails and kitchen and bathroom modifications as well as standard home maintenance. The coordinator will oversee installation and undertake final inspections of the home modifications once completed.
