Short Description
A range of stainless steel grab rails which are available in a variety of lengths, configurations and diameters. Finishes include chrome plated brass, powder coated aluminium and stainless steel with a satin or polished finish. Customised rails are also available.

These grab rails are available in a selection of configurations, diameters and lengths.

Fold up grab rails, or swing away systems are available.

Exposed or concealed fixing are available on most configurations.

One configuration has a sliding support leg.

Diameters available are 32mm or 38mm.

The rails are suitable to be attached to masonry walls or timber frames. They may be used in bathrooms, toilets, corridors and stairways.


Installation
When installing rails, it is important to ensure that the fixtures are designed to withstand the forces applied to them, and that the screws or bolts used will not rust or otherwise deteriorate.

Standards
Some assistive technology needs to meet Australian or other standards. Standards may relate to materials, manufacturing and installation.
