Horne Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Short Description
A thermostatic mixing valve which automatically mixes hot and cold water to a pre-set temperature in areas such as showers, wash basins and baths. It will cut off the hot water supply within one second if the cold water suddenly fails.

Price Guide
Refer to supplier information for pricing details.

More Details
The valve will control unequal hot and cold pressures with a pressure differential of 20:1 ratio which makes it suitable for low pressure tank fed water and mains pressure cold water. The thermostatic element is designed to react quickly to temperature and pressure fluctuations,
controlling mixed water temperature to +/- 2 degrees. The maximum hot water operating temperature is 85 degrees.

One thermostatic mixing valve can cater for more than one shower, wash basin and bath. Valves can be installed in any configuration with mixed outlet pointing upward, downward or horizontal and inlet connections can be rotated to suit pipe work. All valves can be installed in a 50mm stud wall and can be concealed behind access panels or supplied in a stainless steel control box. They can be serviced from the front without removing the valve body.

Options
Recessed valve control boxes with lockable doors.
