Short Description
A lifter with a fold-down winch arm for utility mounting. The winch can be hand or electrically operated.

Features
The cable is lowered to the load by rotating the hand winch. The load is attached to the cable by a safety-catch hook. The hand winch is rotated in the opposite direction to lift the load. The mast on the lifter is rotated by hand. The weight of the load is taken through a single hardened 1" steel ball bearing to ensure it turns easily.
The Series 2 lifter can be operated while standing on the ground.
The mast is fitted to the base plate with 2 pins. The first (locking) pin can be removed to fold down the mast. The second (pivot) pin is removed in order to dismantle the Strongarm completely.
A diagonal stay, attached to the boom and mast, is designed to add strength to the boom. The boom can be inclined by raising the stay into the upper notch.
